Dom Stancombe is our Procurement and Systems Specialist and part of the Operations team. He manages our supplier relationships and contracts and ensures we are compliant with all regulations, as well as developing sourcing strategies. Dom is also helping to update our ERP system and integrating our procurement processes within it. As Caldera grows and evolves, Dom is implementing system updates and process changes.
Dom has a degree in French, grew up in Belgium and has lived in many places including in Africa, which gives him a global perspective on how different nationalities approach challenges including climate change. When Dom is not working, he can be found running and cycling in the South Downs National Park, and open water swimming off the South Coast of England.
