Guy Winstanley is the co-founder of Caldera and Chief Operating Officer. He is a qualified engineer with over 30 years of experience encompassing team leadership, manufacturing process development, engineering and operations management across the UK, Europe and Asia. He is passionate about engineering solutions that tackle decarbonisation. He sees his career as circular: starting with experience in large scale manufacturing facilities, then progressing to new technology start up R&D, and now building processes and facilities at Caldera to again manufacture innovative products at scale. When he is not at the factory, and the wind and weather permit, Guy can be found sailing in races around the Solent.
