Caldera Heat Batteries Limited ("Caldera", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 11020413) with our registered office at 7 Brunel Way, Segensworth East, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5TX. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
For any privacy question or request, contact Bianca Sassow at sales@caldera.co.uk or on +44 (0)345 034 8644.
We do not make decisions about you using automated processing or profiling that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across sites. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies. Lead Forensics has told us that its service does not set cookies on your device. Some embedded content may do so: YouTube (Google) may set cookies or read information from your device when a video loads, and Google Fonts receives your IP address when fonts load. You can control cookies through your browser settings. For details of how these providers handle data, see the Google Privacy Policy and the Jotform Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, including Webflow (website hosting), Plausible (analytics), Lead Forensics (business-level visitor identification) and Jotform (forms and newsletter). YouTube and Google Fonts are provided by Google, which handles data it receives as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose data where required by law. Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, countries outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure a lawful safeguard is in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the ICO-approved standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal data. You can object to our processing based on legitimate interests, and you can object at any time to direct marketing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing done before. Contact us using the details in section 2. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, including any follow-up on an enquiry, and to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. We review the data we hold periodically and delete what we no longer need.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
