Marketing & Partnerships Manager

Bianca Sassow, our Marketing and Partnerships Manager, owns Caldera's route to market. That covers go-to-market strategy, demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement and the partnership programme behind it. Her focus is building the commercial infrastructure behind Caldera's growth. Bianca arrived from SEaB Energy, where she took a small anaerobic digestion business into international markets. There she built and ran the global partnership programme, generating £250k a year in recurring revenue across corporate, government and research organisations, and contributed to a £10m+ international licensing agreement. Bianca read Biological Sciences at the University of Warwick, specialising in environmental science and management, and works in French to C1 level alongside English. Outside work she leads the annual build of a community art installation, and co-founded a craft club facilitating repair, reuse and low-impact living, which she ran for over three years
