Lisa Tidswell is our Head of Supply Chain. With a Physics degree and MBA she brings a wealth of expertise in supply chain and manufacturing development to Caldera. Her project costing abilities have led to successful bids for multiple £100m automotive supply contracts.
Lisa is passionate about developing manufacturing capabilities for the existing and future business and she is thrilled to be able to use her talents in the pursuit of net zero. Lisa is well experienced in costing and developing manufacturing processes with a focus on how the full business fits together. Many of her projects have required large capital expenditure, robust new manufacturing processes, new plant layout and demonstration of value for money. She hails from Canada and when not working can be found relaxing on their boat.
