Stephen Bartlett, our Fabrication Manager has over 25 years’ experience working and supervising shop floors and sites. He has completed demanding projects in the chemicals industry, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and in nuclear decommissioning. Steve loves making things with his hands and at Caldera loves exploring the testing elements of product development. He is a master welder and also specialises in machining with mills, lathes and brake presses. Having produced metalwork to the exacting standard needed for subsea, oil and gas, and for nuclear applications, he has the skills needed to ensure that every Warmstone works perfectly. He is excited to be a part of an innovative tech start up with a value mission. In his spare time, Steve can be found repairing computers and other electronics.
