Strategic Finance Manager

Amelia brings a wealth of experiencing in funding, investment, project and trade finance (including UK Export Finance), banking, cross-border financial management, commercial contract support and financial risk management. Prior to joining Caldera, she was the Finance Director for 21 years of the BES Group, a company which specialises in overseas turnkey power infrastructure projects including substations, transmission lines, standby power generation and distribution networks for clients such as Kenya Power and GRIDCo Ghana. This followed a twelve-year career in Banking and Management Consulting. Notably she was a Strategy Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years and Head of Consulting for two boutique consultancies where she managed strategic initiatives for institutions such as Barclays, Natwest, BNP Paribas, Coles Myer and AMP Australia.
