Prior to joining Caldera, Lavinia held roles at Jaguar Land Rover and Coventry University, where she developed expertise in corporate governance, operational compliance, and stakeholder engagement. At Caldera, she leads on governance processes, compliance activities, and investor relations, supporting the company’s transparency, accountability, and regulatory standards. In addition to her professional work, Lavinia is a committed disability rights activist. Outside of work, Lavinia enjoys attending meditation retreats around the world.
